The low seat for my tiger 900 was found to have a tear and a replacement ordered. This was going to take months from the UK as was out of a ship by mistake. Damian went the extra mile to get the damaged one repaired so I could enjoy my ride, I was literally tip tip toes on a normal seat and so not fun to ride where the ground not 100% flat. Really impressed by the response after the sale was completed and the bike picked up. Thanks so much Bayride!!

The girls upstairs were great, sorted my helmet, sena and clothing. Ordered a few things that weren’t in store and they arrived within 24 hrs. Great experience, would recommend the place to anyone!

Was professional and friendly and from a woman’s prospective in discussing sizing made me feel very comfortable. I ended up buying another jacket within a week from them. I certainly can’t claim Bayride to be the best in New Zealand, I can only speak for my own personal experience. Over the past 10 years, I have dealt with many motorcycle shops, including lots in Auckland (Holeshot, Experience, Red Barton, Cyclespot etc), Hamilton Motorcycle Center, Boyd…… Bayride is certainly the best among them. Both the boys upstairs and the staff at servicing department are amazing. They are super helpful, friendly and full of knowledge. Whenever I come to the shop I feel welcomed. Have purchased a bike from Damian a few years ago, that was such a pleasant experience. Currently they are sorting out warranty repairs for my bike that I didn’t even purchased from them. It’s surely my go to shop in the bay.

Since my first contact with Mal through their listing on trade me all through the process of organising finance, trade in on my old bike, insurance, hand over etc. Mal’s customer service was second to none.
When I went to pick up the bike it even had a sign stand next to it with a nice note. Incredible service!
Mal went to a great length to explain every detail about the bike, purchase contract, service requirements etc.
This was by a long shot the best service I’ve received from a motorcycle shop and I’ve dealt with Cyclespot, Cycletreads, Réd Baron and purchased a total of 5 bikes from new.
Just before I took off even the owner Damian came out to meet me and thank me for purchasing the bike from them.
For this kind of service, it is well worth traveling 200+kilometers from Auckland and the ride is nice along old Tauranga Road.

Even though I ride a Honda and Yamaha Bayride is my only go to one stop shop for my motorcycling needs. Recently I did a 5000 km trip to Invercargill.Bayride supplied all of the bike luggage and riding gear which all preformed faultlessy and beyond expectation. Also when I have required anything be it OEM parts for my Yamaha, motorcycle clothing, helmets, luggage the advice and service has always been excellent.
